You will be interviewed about all relevant details to the build of your vehicle. The intended use, your goals, and any preferences you may have. Our process is designed to give you the best idea of the finished build and the cost involved, while providing various options to achieve your desired result and budget. GP Offroad will make suggestions for your build and then provide you with an overall Build List & Directions. The Build List & Directions is a detailed outline, in writing with visuals, of your specific build to minimize questions during the build and so that we may deliver your expectation. The Build List & Directions will include 4 general figures; the cost of Aftermarket Parts to be installed, Labor Estimate Minimum, Labor Estimate Maximum, and an estimate for Miscellaneous Parts needed for the Build. Once provided with this estimate, if you approve the Build, we will ask for a 20% deposit for all Aftermarket Parts and Labor based on your specific Build List & Directions. Parts will be invoiced as purchased and Labor as it occurs. This deposit indicates your authorization to go ahead with the Build. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
